Process :

    The whole mussels, before been packed in vacuum bag, are washed, graded, sorted with a visual
    inspection to obtain a “clean, ready to cook, mussel”. During this process the mussel is always washed
    with cold sea water.

Package

    Net quantity by unit (whole mussel with their shell): 1.4 KG, (= 3.08 lb).
    Master pack of ten units (11.2 Kg).
    Storage conditions: 0/+5°C, (= +32°/+42° F).
    Our package is totally transparent. You can see all the mussels contained in the bag. We do our best
    to give you a perfect product and, by this way, we want to show it to you.

Instructions for use

    The mussels are ready to cook. Open the vacuum bag, put the mussels in a pan, cook, with lid, until all
    the mussels open their shells. Cooked on their own, the mussels are already perfect, but you can add
    your personal touch (onions, fresh cream, saffron, white wine, …) It’s ready to serve ! . more ideas ?
